Several large dollar items appear to be missing from the proposed capital budget. We noticed there is no mention about the Silver Golf Course irrigation project that was started this fiscal year. The proposed schedule of fees and charges shows a flat number for renting pavilions and rooms at the Lakeview Lodge or Cayman Landing Lodge. The rates do not show any discount for property owners. We believe property owners should receive some discount….after all we own the buildings and pay for their upkeep. What is your opinion?

We acknowledge that the current board has spent a great deal of time following through and adjusting actions from the prior board. Cleaning things up, if you will and not making it […]

We have heard that there could be a proposal to give 4 free rounds of golf to each lot owner. There are approximately 4,200 lot assessments collected. That would be 16,800 rounds of free golf. There is also the multiple lot owners. Own 3 lots and you would have 12 free rounds. We have some owners with 8 […]

It was a busy weekend for the Lakeview Lodge. The Neil Diamond buffet and concert was held Friday night and the Valentine buffet dinner was Saturday night. We heard the Neil Diamond Show was a sell out. We want to know if you attended the events and your opinion.

The TLPOA Board of Directors have been holding meetings (in executive session) to work on the budget. Last year we watched the board hold these meetings and then a “shock and awe” budget was presented by TLPOA Board Treasurer Dan Flanders and Board President Chris Corcoran. That budget included a special assessment on top of an increase in […]

At the January TLPOA meeting the board of directors authorized management to send a letter to inform affected property owners of the recent legal opinion regarding grandfathered lots and its affect on those owners.
